About this policy

Raboy operates this website under the name COC Bot by Raboy. This notice covers browsing the website and contacting us about it. Downloading or using the Windows client, license activation and transactions are separate activities; this website notice does not describe all information involved in those services. Ask support for information about a specific service before sharing personal details.

Website visits

Your browser sends connection information needed to deliver pages and files. Our hosting systems may process your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, referring page and response status in access or error logs. These records support website delivery, reliability, troubleshooting and protection against misuse.

You can browse without creating a website account. The website has no registration, payment or contact forms and does not ask for your game password.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use tracking pixels or session replay, or save a visitor profile in browser storage. The homepage saves its latest valid public progress totals so it can show dated figures when a later request fails. This small cache contains no visitor or account identifiers. Rankings are never saved in browser storage. Fonts, artwork and the demo video are served as website files; the avatars shown with reviews and rankings are the exception and load from Discord. Your browser may cache these files and remember ordinary playback preferences; you can manage this through your browser settings.

Public updates and external services

The download, pricing and changelog pages request public plan and release information to keep their contents current. These requests do not ask for a name, email address, account details or payment information.

Installer and release links take you to GitHub. Community, plan and support links take you to Discord. Setup guides also link to Microsoft, emulator vendors and YouTube. Account-safety policy links take you to Supercell. Tutorial videos open on YouTube when you follow their links. Those services receive your connection information and handle your activity under their own privacy policies. Opening this website does not sign you into those services.

The homepage rankings load each ranked player's avatar from Discord's image servers (cdn.discordapp.com). Discord receives your connection information for those image requests, which are sent without a referring page, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

Hosting providers process connection information to deliver the website. We do not use visitor information for advertising profiles or sell it through this website. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address misuse.

Community excerpts and support

The website displays five-star reviews of at least five words from our Discord community, unless a review has been hidden from the website. Most are submitted through our Discord rating form. A small number of earlier reviews, supplied from the Discord community and shown on this website since September 2026, have been added to the same list with the wording already published here and their original post date. Each card shows the review, the reviewer’s Discord display name, their plan at the time of the review where our records hold one, and the latest review date. A reviewer’s Discord avatar is shown only while they are a member of our Discord server: it is removed when they leave and shown again if they rejoin. Names and avatar references are saved with the review. The Community page also displays selected progress posts supplied from the Discord community, with display names and attribution.

Home and Community request current reviews when you open the page. Community also offers Load more. Reviews are not saved in browser storage. Avatar images load from Discord’s image service, which receives your connection information when an image is requested. We do not send the page address with avatar requests.

If a review or excerpt identifies you and you want it corrected or removed from the website, contact Raboy through the official community. A website removal can preserve the original Discord feedback. Editing a rating to fewer than five stars or fewer than five words removes it from subsequent website requests; pages already open may show their earlier copy until refreshed.

If you contact us on Discord, we receive your Discord identity and whatever you choose to send. We use that information to respond and follow up. Use a private support ticket for personal information, and avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or unrelated files.

Recorded progress and rankings

The homepage requests cumulative community progress totals and the daily and all-time rankings without asking for visitor account details. The community totals contain no individual user or game-account identifiers.

Rankings identify people. The homepage and a rankings channel on the official Discord server show the Discord username and avatar of the three players with the most recorded loot, for the latest ranking day and for all time, with their total loot and completed attacks. Usernames and avatar addresses are copied from Discord when the rankings refresh, once a day at 00:00 UTC, and are replaced at the next refresh. An avatar's address includes that player's Discord user ID. Your Clash of Clans account stays private: no player tag, village name, clan or other game-account identifier is collected for the rankings or shown.

Every Discord-linked license takes part automatically and there is no setting to opt out. To be removed from the rankings, ask Raboy through the official Discord server. Staff can also remove an account, including for suspected cheating.

The client automatically reports recorded loot, upgrades, research, battles, Clan Games progress and donated housing space associated with the customer's account. These lifetime totals combine linked accounts, contribute to public community totals and decide your place in the rankings. Using /progress or /rank in Discord publishes your own summary or rank in that channel; authorized support staff can access individual totals privately. This notice describes their use on the website, not all client data handling. The setup guide explains progress reporting before use.

Retention and your choices

Retention depends on the information and its purpose: keeping the website reliable, resolving a support enquiry, investigating misuse, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Hosting logs and Discord records are also subject to the relevant provider’s retention practices. Contact us for information about a particular record.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, or request a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need information to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.
